Check the device screen or normal charging response. Test one device at a time if charging does not start.

Which phones are compatible?
Use a Qi-enabled phone with the charging surface clear and correctly aligned. See Compatibility for the supported phone groups and case requirements. The sleeve does not add wireless charging to a phone that lacks it. Charging speed depends on the phone, case and power supply.
Does it have a built-in battery?
No. The sleeve needs an external power source for its built-in wireless charger. Use a suitable adapter that supplies the 9V/2A input listed in Tech specs through a supported PD or QC charging connection. A basic USB-C port may not supply the required power.
Which laptop sizes fit?
12–14″ fits smaller MacBooks and tablets. 15–16″ fits 15–16″ MacBooks.
What’s the difference between the sizes?
12–14″ charges iPhone, AirPods & Apple Watch. 15–16″ charges iPhone & AirPods.
Is it MagSafe compatible?
Yes. MagSafe compatibility helps position compatible iPhones correctly.
Does it have overheat protection?
Yes. Built-in protection helps keep charging safe and stable.
